Wonderful Fitness Facilities

During my stay on 2024-07-15, I had an very nice experience with the fitness amenities. The sauna was a refreshing retreat after a day out, and it even had cold drinking water available. I also appreciated the complimentary bicycles that made it easy to explore the area. Overall, the fitness options were fantastic and added so much value to my stay!

Lovely Wine Reception

I had a good experience during the complimentary wine and cheese reception on 2024-08-05. It was such a warm and inviting atmosphere to socialize with other guests by the fire. The selection of snacks was generous, and it gave us the opportunity to exchange stories about our adventures in the area. Truly a highlight of our stay!

Relaxing Sauna Experience

My visit on 2024-09-10 was made nice by the sauna facilities. After a chilly hike, unwinding in the sauna was the perfect way to warm up. It's also great to note that they offered fresh cold drinking water, which was a nice touch. The overall spa and leisure space was cozy and rejuvenating!

Comfortable and Spacious Rooms

My experience at this hotel was quite unfavorable. From the check-in process, which took almost half an hour with only one staff member handling guests, to the poorly maintained rooms, I was left disappointed. The breakfast area was chaotic and unclean, which further marred my stay. I certainly wouldn't recommend this hotel based on my experience.

While the spacious room and the beautiful mountain views were definite highlights, I found the cleanliness lacking and the breakfast chaos quite frustrating. I appreciated the friendly staff and the free wine receptions, but overall, the hotel felt dated and in need of some serious updates, especially for the price I paid.

We had a decent stay overall at this resort. The breakfast was surprisingly good with plenty of options, and we enjoyed the cozy atmosphere with a fireplace in the lobby. However, the room could definitely use a refresh, as it felt a bit dated and the bathroom was on the smaller side. Still, it’s a good value for money, especially considering the amenities and the helpful staff.
